Service Description

I offer a complimentary, no obligation, initial consultation which takes approximately 30 minutes where we can see where you are at and whether we are happy to work together as a team to achieve your goals. I believe to achieve the best out of any therapy a client needs to feel comfortable with their therapist and the therapist needs to ascertain whether they are the best 'fit' for the client dependent on their presentation. At the initial consultation I will give you an idea of the amount of therapy you might need and also the type of therapy recommended, whether it be BWRT® Psychotherapy or Hypnotherapy, however, this will depend on your progress as an individual and therefore can change. As a therapist I offer you my honesty and respect. If I am not the right person for you I will try to recommend an alternative.​ I am completely non judgemental and offer a warm and friendly service, which is strictly confidential, in a relaxed atmosphere, either face to face or online.
